V-Dub Derby Valve Cover Races 2026

Brand new for the Derby was valve cover racing.  Were you a scout? Did you build a pinewood derby car?  It's a lot like that, but using either a type 1 air cooled or a 8v water cooled valve cover.

The competition was both fun and exciting.

Cars varied in their design showing the creativity of the builders. 

With a brand new track at a pretty steep angle the cars were flying down the track.

We are excited to be including this event as a regular thing going forward
