SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Level 1 – Premier Sponsor

New, larger and more visible booth space (along show perimeter)

Large shirt logo placement (Rows 2-4)

Trophy with name provided (sponsor selects winning vehicle and will have the option to present and a few minutes to speak while presenting)

1 free event shirt

2 car entries 

Early access to show field for set up

Space available to hang your banner

New, early commitment will get their name onto the show promotional flyer (these flyers are given out at all shows during the 2025 season)

Your company call outs (multiple) will begin on our Facebook page as soon as deposit is made

Single company call out by DJ on day of show

Level 3- Friend of the Club (NEW)

Name on silent auction table

Multiple call outs on day of show to visit auction table

Available with item donation with a retail value of a minimum of $100.  Item may include labor but needs to be an entire service. (I.E. a complete oil change or detailing), but not a coupon (I.E $100 off a $200 service) 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR ALL SPONSORS

**All sponsors are encouraged to add items to the show goodie bags.  This is an excellent opportunity to get your business name into the hands of show attendees!

**Sponsorship is available for games. (offered to Premier sponsors)

Stein hoist- 

Hot Wheels Racing (new for 2025)- We will have a Hot Wheels track set up. (Hot Wheels cars with your business card stapled on are a great goodie bag stuffer)

**If you would like to do a giveaway, raffle or game in your booth the DJ will announce your event with your call out and will announce when and where your event is taking place.  

As always suggestions on how to make our 2025 Show the greatest yet are highly encouraged.  

The sooner you commit the more promotion you will receive.  Sponsors are limited, secure your spot early.
